All sales are final with the acception of a defective order.
If you happen to receive a defective order Teaching with Finesse Tees will be happy to exchange your product for the quality in which you purchased. Please email email@example.com with a picture of your product and what is wrong with it.
What qualifies a defective order?
- Ink stains
- Wrong item from what you purchased (size, color, or design)
- Order was lost (Please note that we require all claims regarding lost packages to be submitted within 4 weeks after the last estimated delivery date in order to receive a refund or free reshipment.)
